I have much more experience in Field Sales but I have to say I was blown away by my research that reveals the new darling of sales and top producer is Inside Sales. In my time I recall Inside Sales was the stepping stone to a Field Sales position and a car and freedom. For example, did you know that 50% of buyers choose the vendor that responds first. I thought about that and translated it to my own world and that kinda rings true.
